I recently retired from the Arden Medical Centre a small family practice. I called it the corner shop and the other surgeries in Stratford the supermarkets. I joined Trinity just over a year ago and I have been very impressed with the overall service given. I was very depressed and eventually had to be admitted to St Michaels. The doctor even visited me there. This week I complimented a receptionist who was busy completing something but as soon as I joined the queue she looked up smiled and said she would be with me in a minute. A small touch but so many receptionists in all walks of life look steadfastly Downing’s this situation .I got on the internet quite easily with the help of an administrator, had cryotherapy promptly which led to a referral.Trinity will probably my last General Practice and I am confident that as senescence takes its toll I will be looked after well. Trinity is more Waitrose than Aldi but patients still prefer a good corner shop.
