"Trapeziectomy"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived at the reception to being discharged by the staff nurse,

I was treated with courtesy and respect, all the staff were really chatty and I was put at ease before going into the theatre.

Dear Stug

Thank you for posting feedback in Care Opinion, it is good to see that you were treated with respect and courtesy and the staff put you at ease before your surgery, it can be a nervous time for patients.

I will share your post with the team, I hope your recovery is going well.

Kind regards

Nola
