"Counselling"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

I felt guilty for not accepting and handling my mum's illness better.   But Steve has made me realise that I would not have known about altzheimers without training. I feel better for having someone to talk to for an hour past nine weeks. I could talk about anytni g and everything and I am a lot calmer now and easier to live with.
