(as a service user),

I would like to say thank you to Helen, who works at Wythenshaw Hospital, Outpatient No Smoking Clinic.   Although I have not quit the evil habit, she has been extremely patient and supportive during and after (follow-up phone calls) our appointments.   My tobacco habit is intricately linked to my eating problems, which are also being attended to in another department.   She has been very understanding.   Thank you again.
