About: Northern General Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as a service user),

I have been an in patient of firth 4 many times. I have always found the staff very friendly and sociable (when they get the chance); they're friendly not just to patients but also relatives.

If I could have the choice of ward to stay on it would be firth 4 every time. The staff from the cleaners up to the ward manager are first class. My surgeon is also a great man very understanding and always does his best.
