"Worst surgery i have been ti"

I have had 3 surgery on my knee, recently my symptoms come back. 45 mins on the phone to get an appointment with a doctor.... however when speaking to the operator they would not let me see a GP i had to see a physio. I explained i had already been down this route but they did not listen. I saw a physio who said my symptoms were not bad enough and put me on 12 weeks exercise.

This aggravated it more and it worsened. I saw another physio 5 weeks later, again waiting on the phone for over half an hour, who said i need to see a specialist as she was not happy with my symptoms. After getting no luck i went to hospital who said i needed to see a gp. I went straight to the surgery who said i had to come back at 8am to que for an appointment. The whole proccess is useless and 6 months later i am finally going for an mri. The call centre is in Manchester and its just a joke.
