Hi my great aunty was admitted 14 days ago she passed today

ward 7s were amazing, at Ealing Hospital

so helpful, nothing was to much the staff were very kind

they even dressed my aunt and gave her flowers to hold

NHS at its best

Thank you very much for your kind words about the staff who looked after your great aunt while she was a patient on ward 7 South at Ealing Hospital.

I was very sorry to learn that your great aunt passed away recently and would wish to take this opportunity to offer you and your family my sincere condolences for your sad loss. It is with much gratitude that we thank you for taking the time to let us know how well your great aunt was looked after by our staff at what will be a very distressing and difficult time for you. It is humbling to hear that the team on ward 7 South were able to help and assist you and your great aunt during her 14 days on the ward and hopefully make a distressing time a little more bearable for you.

Thank you again for sharing your experience with us - I will of course ensure that the staff on the ward are made aware of your kind words.
