"Gentle and kind"

I was very ill recently and had reservations about going into this hospital. I was detained under the mental health act and didn’t want to go into hospital. The staff though were very respectful, and I cannot fault their care. The best thing was the staff’s flexible approach, so I was given the freedom to walk around the ward. The staff were very gentle and kind to me. My consultant Dr Abraham was lovely and he made sure that when I came home everything was in place for me. Again, thank you to all the staff.
