"Staff were excellent"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 26, 27, 61 & 62 )

(as a service user),

I was in Ward 62 and I took unwell after an operation and kept fainting -staff were excellent and monitored me closely. Was offered tea at regular intervals and staff visibly did a lot of cleaning all the time. Can’t remember head staff nurse’s name but she had long blonde hair and was quite young but very professional.
