(as a carer),

I’d like to thank Kilbride Hospice for their continuing care they are giving myself and my husband. My husband was diagnosed with  a Glioblastoma Brain Tumour in February 2018 and with their home care, counselling and wonderful relaxing treatments we’re managing to cope.

We’ve had a white dove that has visited our garden every day since last summer, unknown to us back then this is the Kilbride Hospice logo meaning peace.

Thank you for your very positive story you posted recently on Care Opinion. As Clinical Services Manager at Kilbryde Hospice I am delighted to hear of the benefit you and your husband are experiencing from Kilbryde Hospice Care @ Home team. I sincerely hope that the counselling and complementary therapies continue to provide relief to allow you to cope with your husband's illness. What a beautiful story of your visiting white dove. Truly peaceful to watch and hopefully symbolic of Kilbryde's care.
