About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Arrived at 8am and was shown to my side room by Sam who I meet on my pre assessment and got on very well with. All the usual checks were done by various  staff who were all delightful and very helpful considering what was going on in my mind about why I was there .I was taken down for my procedure at the time I was told would be. Again the staff in theatre were really good and put me at ease. After I came back to the ward again nothing was a problem for them. All the time I was there at no point was there ever any problem I got whatever I asked for and all the staff on ever shift were fantastic.

It is reassuring to see that you were taken to theatre in a timely manner and that you found all of the staff to be helpful and put you at ease.
