(as a service user),

Had to be admitted for scope, was apprehensive however procedure was very quick was in and out of the hospital within 1. 5 hours so it was a great service.

Dear EWR,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent Endoscopy procedure.During the last year the team have worked really hard on efficiency and we have been trying to prevent unnecessary lengthy waits. I appreciate how apprehensive you must have felt but you were in very safe hands. I am happy to hear of your total time within the unit for the procedure and I am delighted you felt we provided a great service to you. I will pass this on to the teams involved.
