"Staff helped me & sorted me out"

About: Inclusion Visions Thurrock (Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service)

(as a service user),

I was at my wits end and couldn't cope and carry on living with a heroin addiction. £60 a day I had to find when I came into Inclusion Visions and got help. I saw Pete for my first assessment and Prav ever since he sorted me out a methadone script and has helped so much Kelly at reception is helpful and good to talk to.

Dear hydruszd84

First of all it's good to hear that you looked for support when things had become so difficult and you were at your wits end....that takes courage. I am heartened to hear that you found staff helpful and will pass on your comments to Pete, Prav and Kerry.

Thank you for your story and all the best with your journey now and onwards

Emer
