"Amazing care"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Plastic surgery

From my first meeting with my consultant to the present day (9.7.19) I have received amazing care. I have been involved in all decisions and aware of what was having at all times. After my DIEP surgery in February I was anxious and nervous but had no need I was looked after extremely well, all my questions were answers and the surgery went well. I have recently had another operation on my stomach to remove a Hematomas, at the same time I had a mini tummy tuck. Today I had the last bit of dressing removed my scar is unbelievable I cannot believe how neat and thin it is. I have recovered well and now feel the best I have in the last 12 months. I cannot thank the staff on gate 28 and in the dressing clinic. You all do an amazing job and thanks to you I feel my life is back in track.

I can only imagine how anxious our patient's feel when they come into hospital for any procedure and it is clear that our staff made sure you were looked after extremely well and answered any questions you had.
