"Good experience at A and E"

Visited A and E today with a hip problem after a fall. All staff, (receptionists, porters and medical staff) were efficient, helpful and courteous, and were careful to explain clearly both the procedures and what further action was needed. Waiting times were much shorter than I feared, and the whole department appeared to run very smoothly. It's a pleasure to offer the staff my thanks for the excellent care I received.
