I honestly thought I was going to lose my husband as he had been on life support for 9 days but out of the blue he woke up thanks to staff n drs. My hubby still under care of gastro team @ heartlands n we find that all consultants ', drs , nurses , hca n all on wards been helpful.  My hubby is admitted onto ward 18 @ heartlands n I can shout nothing but praise from pat Canning  ward clerk sister Charlotte.  Sister annie n adrian to all nurses n hca n staff .

Thankyou all for looking after my hubby so many times thought I was losing him but he is a fighter n not going anywhere yet x

I am so pleased to read that you felt your husband was supported throughout and well informed by our staff who do work very hard to ensure a positive patient experience regardless of how busy their workload is.
