I found the mindfulness course very helpful. It was very well facilitated, with the ideas and concepts clearly and accessibly explained.
It was also very practical, easy to apply in daily life. Each week a different set of techniques was explained. This is where the facilitator was really good, as there was a wide range of techniques, so some would work better than others for the people there.
I suppose the real test is that I have been able to use the techniques and found them very beneficial in improving my concentration and reducing my anxiety
