About: Leicester General Hospital / Urology

I was referred to this department for have non visible haematuria and needed to have a flexible cystocopy all the staff on the department were welcoming from reception right through to the nurses and the doctor performing the procedure everything was explained to me by the assessment nurse which made me feel at ease as I was very nervous I was on the department for about 2 hrs the procedure itself wasn’t half a bad as I thought it was going to be the doctor was very professional and efficient and you get your results there and then
