"Excellent care and friendly team"

I have consistently had positive experiences with Berry Lane Medical Centre and would like to pass on my thanks to the entire practice team. I have always been able to access timely appointments (both urgent and routine) and the reception team have always been friendly and helpful in finding appointments to fit around my work schedule. The clinical team have always treated me with respect and have provided thorough consultations, involving me in decisions about my care. They have also been proactive in resolving health concerns by phone where possible which is ideal for me when working full time. I cannot praise the team highly enough - thank you!
