About: Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I am a patient with orthopaedic surgery at the Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy.  I recently had my pre-operative assessment. I would like to send a huge thank you to my nurse and all the staff who looked after me. They were all very professional, polite and very caring during my visit which lasted three hours. However, because of the time scale a tea/coffee facility would have been greatly received.

Tea/Coffee is offered during a pre-assessment appointment for orthopaedics due to the length of time. I am very sorry that you were not provided with tea/coffee and I shall explore this further. If you wish to discuss this further please contact me on 01592 643355 ext 20010.
