I attend Homestead Medical Centre. I attend quite a lot of visits there and find the reception staff to be absolutely fantastic nothing is out there realm to assist you, in fact, they actually go above and beyond what’s asked of them all the time. I have seen them deal with some disgusting abuse and they handled it so well never seen anything handled like that by anyone ever before as calmly as they did.
They were polite and just amazing in dealing with it. I myself have needed their help on a number of issues, and it is dealt with it so quickly and sorted out so swiftly I was ever so grateful honestly. The staff deal with everything everyday so well without any praise which is such a shame as they do an amazing job and the NHS should be so proud with these guys. The doctors here too are amazing and make you feel at ease with whatever you visit them about and make you feel so important and again assist in any way they can. This practice is just fantastic and deserves some praise for all they do.
