I called yesterday morning to make an appointment as I have a painful shoulder which is making it difficult to sleep (rotator cuff / bursitis). This is a recurring problem and I have been seeing a private physio for the last 3 months, having made the decision not to bother a doctor before as I have had to wait too long in the past for doctor / physio appointments and MSK referrals. Expecting to wait at least a week before seeing someone, I was given an appointment for that morning.
The doctor was both friendly and professional and having studied my notes gave me a cortisone injection. Today I am almost pain free for the first time in 3 months! My sincere thanks
