"We cannot find the words to express our thanks"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Care of the Elderly

(as a relative),

The care my husband has received in ward 6 of the QM Hospital has been wonderful. We cannot find the words to express our thanks other than to say it was marvellous.

From my point of view could I say that any questions I had were quickly dealt with even when the staff were very busy.

Nursing staff, physiotherapists & Occupational therapists have all been suberb.  As was the consultant.

Thank you all

Dear watertd56

I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. It is great to hear that your husbands experience of our care was wonderful, and that when you had questions they were dealt with quickly. It is a busy ward at times, but it is important to us that we know what matters to every person and the people closest to them.

It is rewarding when staff are acknowledged for their hard work and I will ensure that they receive this feedback

Best Wishes

Michelle
