"All the staff were most helpful"

About: London Ambulance Service NHS Trust Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I attended A&E late on a Saturday and I would particularly like to thank the young nurse/medical assistant called Megan.  At about 11.30 p.m.she made sure I had something to eat and brought me a sandwich.  When I was sent home as I was alone she took me to the entrance and made sure that a call to a mini cab was made.  All the staff were most helpful.

Prior to my visit to hospital the ambulance team from Rayners Lane were most caring.

A big thank you to everyone.

Dear Norah

Thank you for letting us know that you were well cared for in A&E. Sometimes a sandwich and someone making sure you get home safely can be its own medicine and we do try to look after all of your needs. I share your story with the team and especially Megan. We love to hear when we get it right. I will also pass it on to the ambulance service.

I do hope you are recovering well.

Best wishes

Sue
