"Great reception staff"

About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

(as a service user),

I saw two staff on reception on handle some very difficult patients who were escalating their difficulties into a loud and unpleasant scene. I really thought it could get nasty, but they handled it brilliantly, with patients even both leaving seemingly very satisfied. Very impressed.
