"Compassionate care about my increasing hearing loss"

About: The New Selby War Memorial Hospital

(as the patient),

For the first time ever I wasn’t patronised or left feeling terrible about audiologist visit to young lady called Nina...she treated me with respect and dignity and was compassionate about my increasing hearing loss... I wish to thank her for fitting me with new aids.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the service you received. I am so pleased that you had a great experience at your appointment and that you felt you were treated with dignity and respect. It is always nice to hear that our staff have been so compassionate and I hope the new hearing aids are working out well!
