About: University Hospital Wishaw / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Got a letter to call and book a repeat investigation of my bowel at the Endoscopy Unit at Wishaw General. Letter stressed that the number could be very busy. I called on four occasions and never got closer than 9th in the queue.

Only on the 5th time was I given the option to leave my details and someone would get back to me. That was on the almost a week ago but still no call back.  Again, I tried to call their number but was 19th in the queue.

Thanks for the response. A day after posting this I drove up to hospital, found the required department and made my appointment that way.
