"Can’t fault them"

I’ve been with this practice for about two years, since I joined I’ve been made aware of my thyroid problem which has been diagnosed and medicated along with having my hernia operated on successfully due to the doctors diagnosing and putting the necessary procedures into place and making sure that they’re carried out at a time convenient to me and a hospital that’s close enough as I don’t drive. The staff right from reception through to management and doctors are always polite, professional and courteous. Having been a patient at two other local surgeries I can’t fault this practice..... just wish I’d been a patient here 20 years ago and maybe I’d of avoided previous medical complications.
