(as a service user),

I can't say how grateful I am to Ramatu, one of the receptionists, for her care and patience with me on the phone and when I finally arrived.

This is my first time at this practice, and I was wrongly told by a friend to get the bus from Mare St. When I realised I was in the wrong place I phoned to let you know I would be late. When I (finally) got through I was at St. Leonards, and Ramata patiently talked me through how to get here, talked with the doctor so I could still see them, and got me a drink of water.

Hello, thank you for taking the trouble to give us this feedback. Receptionists do such a difficult job it is really good for them to get some positive feedback. It makes a huge difference to their resilience and ability to keep working well and putting patients first. It is much appreciated.
