"Book a girl in to see a doctor who only deals..."

Hospital booked in with a paediatric urologist who deals with boys and circumcision! Consultant then said she would refer as urgent to paediatric team, ultrasound and gp. Said daughter should be on a low dose antibiotics daily but due to NOT writing to the gp they will not issue it. I and my gp have been attempting to contact the consultants secretary however the answer phone says "this mailbox is full, you cannot leave a message!" So all this time (over a month) she ends up in a and e in in maidstone hospital with extreme pain where no body at Canterbury referred, helped, supported us in any way. I am still awaiting the urgent ultrasound, antibiotics and paediatrician appointment over a month later. Maidstone hospital were fantastic! Got her in on a ward straight away, blood tests done, urine tests , prescriptions and assessments completed and an appointment to go back. Very disappointed with Canterbury.
