(as a service user),

My partner had pre crisis moment with his mental health and couldnt attended the hospital. We went to the out of hours walk in centre and saw Dr Alam.

He was fantastic very understanding and dealt with the situation perfectly. We really appreciate all the help, advise and patience offered. My partner walked away feeling listened too and understood. We wish all doctors could deal with mental health this way.

The situation was dealt with promptly and in a calm manner. We really appreciate everything that Dr Alam had said.

Thank you for your comment, could you please confirm if the Doctor you saw was from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust, or was he a member of the Walk-in Centre team as I am unable to find a location for Dr Alam within the Trust.

Hello,

He was covering the walk in centre for one night and worked with adults who had mental health in the residential homes. Hope this helps as I would love to give the feedback to him.
