"Not worth the money"

About: Meriden Hospital

1) My husband and I arrived early to no parking. Told we would have to use the general hospital parking and pay. 2) I am in constant pain. So sitting or standing for a period of time is very uncomfortable so waiting for my appointment which was running late by 20 minutes was not plesent. 3) I asked the reception politely how late is the Dr is running. She said she would find out for us. 4) she came back and did not inform us. 5) my husband went to ask her again but she was to busy getting chatted up buy another member of staff. Eventualy her response was we dont track the Dr's timings. He's probably writing notes..6) 30 minutes late now the dr calls us in, making some excuse.7)

By now I'm in a lot of pain. He told me to sit , I couldn't sit down , " well how are we going to do the consultation then" very rude with attitude,

I can stand a talk. But I was polite and sat down ( in pain).. I'm so glad my husband came and supported me. He listened to what the dr had to say. We're not very pleased with the consultation he was more interested in us making a second appiontment for a test and paying £300, and buying the medication from him.. I was so hoping for answers and help that I don't feel I got. So now waiting on a second opinion . Waisted our time and money.I will not be returning or recomnding BMI Coventry..
