"Not impressed"

Worst doctors practice I’ve ever been registered with. I’m an insulin dependent diabetic and was told repeat prescriptions for regular medications are not done by this surgery. I was told my previous gp had prevented them from putting my insulin on repeat or accessing necessary files. I phoned them and gave them a mouthful only to find they were not to blame at all. Tests were carried out without my knowledge and no results were given either. I was not receiving relevant services to support me with my diabetes and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress and pressure. I have since moved to a new surgery and received unbelievable help and ongoing support. My advice would be to find a more competent surgery.
