"Poor Experiences with NDDH Urology Clinic"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Urology

Postal complaint coming, but I'll leave a comment on here. I don't expect the NHS to change its ways, but it's a poor score for NDDH Urology Clinic after years of personal experience. And if they were serious about patient concerns: they wouldn't have a silly Facebook style Like/Dislike system like this. If ever you do manage to get an appointment with NDDH Urology Clinic, don't expect to be able to change it or make an enquiry. They are difficult to reach and they rarely answer the phone. Then we get the blame for missing appointments. I don't think much of their consultants either.

I note you advise you were going to raise a complaint, which I would advise you pursue so we can fully investigate your concerns.
