Poor service! Received a telephone call advising they had an appointment the following day, after explaining it would be difficult to get it off work at such short notice I was advised that if I didn’t come then I was looking at a 2 month wait until my next appointment. I arrived for my appointment and after waiting over an hour to be seen was told the xray machine wasn’t working and had to come back in 2 weeks. After booking another half day off work I sat in the waiting area for over 2 hours!!! disgrace

I am sorry that your visit resulted in a poor experience - this is not the service that we aim to offer our patients.

I can't change your experience but we can investigate what went wrong and we can put it right for future similar situations.
