"Awful"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

Nobody ever answers the phone. Had my Pre-Op 6 months ago and I’ve been left with a broken jaw unable to eat anything but liquid foods. After my pre op I was told to contact them if I hadn’t heard from them in 4 weeks, I’ve been trying ever since. The I’ve left me name and number with the secretary and still NOTHING. The most appuling disgusting service from NHS. I am in agony.

The Trust works hard to provide a high standard of care to all patients, and so we are disappointed to read this has not been your experience since you attended in January 2019.
