"Efficient and courteous"

I had a gastric bypass at the hospital 2 years ago, when I left a review about the excellent care I received: I attended Outpatients this week for my final discharge appointment with the dietician (I’ve lost over 10 stones) and, as always, was seen promptly and treated with courtesy and respect. In times when we hear such horror stories about the NHS, I wanted to thank the hospital, and of course the staff, for its exemplary care in my case.
