About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Excellent care was given when my mum was admitted to the ward for a biopsy for cancer in her bone. Her nurse was amazing giving her the care and attention she needed. The team on this recovery ward worked extremely well together even when the ward was very busy. The procedure went very smoothly and without any stress at all. The ward was very clean and I witnessed the beds and equipment being thoroughly cleaned after each bed was vacated. What we expected to be a daunting experience turned into a pleasant one. I can only imagine how daunting it is for anyone to come into hospital but from reading your comments, it is clear how staff made every effort to make your mum's visit a comfortable one.
