(as the patient),

I had my very first smear test and I went in and told nurse (Lizana) that I was very nervous. She put me at ease after apologizing for the cancelled appointment last week due to her being ill. She was extremely friendly, made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything. I will happily go back to her again for another smear as I am no longer scared of them. She is a credit to Hollymoor Medical Centre. Nothing was too much for her! The patient is truly put first for her.
