My wife turned her ankle at a local children's attraction, and by the following day we were worried that there might be a break or possibly ligament damage. So we came to get her checked over. The reception staff were pleasant and professional, and had checked my wife in with a minimum amount of fuss. We waited for no more than 5 minutes before her initial consultation, and in less than an hour she had been x-rayed and received her diagnosis (just soft tissue, thankfully).
