"Awaiting surgery details"

Had nipple discharge from my nipple and was referred to the dale suite by my go. Was fast tracked so received an appointment quickly. The consultant had said that to investigate further they need to operate to investigate as they cannot find anything conclusive on scans. Consultant said surgery would take place within 4 weeks, it is now been 3 weeks and 2 days. Not heard anything about surgery and not being given any number to call. Rang the breast care nurse but she said it’s the waiting list department which I have no idea now who to contact. This is a very anxious time for me and cannot stand all the waiting not knowing.
