"I saw an awful GP"

Saw an awful GP found him extremely unsympathetic. Closed his eyes while I was talking about my symptoms like he was irritated by my account of them, I felt he did not even believe me, I found him patronising and he gave off the impression of superiority whilst consulting with me, he was unfriendly and I left the room in tears due to his attitude, he said he would refer me to The Maxillo Facial dept as I have a small lump in my cheek and swollen salivary glands, I now find out he has referred me to ENT under a routine app, supposing this is a lump is something more sinister shouldnt I have been referred under a 2 week wait referral ?? and I now have to wait 30 - 40 weeks to be seen in ENT probably only to find out its the wrong department and have to be referred again, I felt he should have referred me urgently for the lump and to the correct department, i have now had to contact the secretaries to investigate this.i would never see him again and would not recommend him to anyone.
