what is the point in the online service if you cannot book appointments online. I always struggle to tend to aliments because booking appointments by phone is just so inconvenient, waiting in a queue to find that appointments are not available.
The online booking surely takes the pressure off the NHS allowing staff to focus on more important things. No?
