Reception are mostly kind and helpful. Phoning is difficult, often hard to get through especially difficult for the 2.30-3.30 discuss with Dr slot. Often have to discuss results or even to get them so then have to book appointment.When I have more than one issue as takes maybe 2 wks to book to see Dr, one Dr did not like it.
Said after 3 things (book a test needed as previously booked never came through, need a referral for check , been asked to have tests so wanted to query) then Dr said hoped that was the last thing!
So then have booked 2 more appointmnets as have more than one health issue. And what if Dr needs to know various things to get better diagnosis and care?? Email contact would be faster and save time for patient, wiating and Dr. Especially if simple, like I need a blood test, give reason, be given form to book. Currently got letter to contact Dr, failed to get through on phone, (2 days)made appointment, 2 wks,then had to book bloods with nurse 10 days, then result and need new appointment to see Dr to discuss!
