I attended A and E with a really painful wrist after a fall off a horse.
The treatment I received was exemplary.
The nurse who dealt with me had in fact dealt previously with my daughter in the past and I had noticed then how professional and caring he was.
His manner is exceptional such a credit to the NHS.
He passed me on to the x-ray department twice to double check if I had a scaphoid injury as it was unclear from the images.
Whilst there I was also treated very quickly with care and kindness. Well done and many thanks for such a great service. I would like the NHS to personally pass on my thanks.
