Waiting for a colposcopy is bad enough, when they change the date with no apology as if you’re just transferable is awful. Have emergency appointments for urgent patients don’t mess other patients around. It’s not easy booking time off for appointments. Or at least apologise in the blunt texts that are sent. It’s not just an appointment to having your teeth cleaned it’s something personal and people need to build up for it. Am not looking forward to the appointment now at all, all trust has already gone.
