"No communication"

About: Western Infirmary/Gartnavel General / Urology

(as a service user),

I've been under urology for 7 months now. I've had constant issues including as a young female getting sent to a prostate clinic... to being told 4 different diagnosis' from a MRI. I've tried to speak to people from the service, all I got was excuses. 

When I made a complaint asking just for answers and a second opinion, I got an apology and put on yet another waiting list to see someone. Still yet to have my consultant apology for all the stress and anxiety I've experienced, and still have no answers to what is actually going on with me.

Don't know how to go forward anymore. It's 1 step forward, 2 steps backwards at this point.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced and as a result you feel angry and abandoned.
