About: Mulberry Medical Practice

(as a service user),

Completely useless system. I know very well that they are just following the silly policy created by those above them. That's why people are leaving and will keep to do it. It is just stupid to not be able to book an appointment before 14.00 pm just to collect a prescription or blood results. My feedback for this GP is negative and if they don't change this policy I will complain to CQC.
