"Unhappy with appointment system"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Renal unit

(as the patient),

App for renal clinic, arrived at 9. 20 with requested full bladder and specimen only to be informed there was no clinic today, seems some one sent me the wrong letter and I was the 4TH person today in the same position. complained to manager, lots of excuses which do not help as following knee surgery I have mobility issues and required a round taxi trip costing 40 pounds. a couple of points spring to mind, I received app by mail, I confirmed app, how do I believe any future app are in fact real appointments. Out of pocket unhappy patient.
