I spent 3 weeks in Macc Hospital in 2018. From my admission until leaving I could not have received better treatment. I was there during a very cold spell which meant the hospital was full to capacity. It did mean I was put in a "temporary" bed whilst waiting for a proper bed but as there was a shortage of beds this was understandable. The care from the medical team was excellent with special mention of the physio for my daily visit to the gym and the motivation to get up and walking to be discharged as quickly as possible. Support staff were also excellent and even the food was very good. So nothing to complain about, only praise for MDGH.
